The first destination on our 3 week long road trip around the UK was Symonds Yat, a village in the Wye Valley.
Whilst we were planning this trip, we decided that we'd both select a mystery location, where we would book somewhere to stay and not tell each other until the day of arrival. This was Emmas choice, and we stayed the night at The Saracens Head Inn. My mystery location is coming up later on in the trip.
After arriving at about 2pm, we went for a stroll up to Yat Rock which gave us some excellent views of the surrounding area. We then walked along the banks of the River Wye, across the Biblins Rope Bridge before heading back across the river on the only surviving hand pulled ferry.
Below are some photos I took using my DJI Mini 2 drone and Nikon D750.
